Is Nawat one platform for both project management and IT service? +
Yes - and that's the point. Project portfolios (PPM) and the IT service desk (ITSM) run on a single core, sharing the same identity, workflow engine, SLAs, roles and audit trail. Is it really bilingual, or just translated? +
It is bilingual by design. Every screen works in both Arabic and English with proper right-to-left layout, mirrored components and localized dates and numbers - not an afterthought translation layer. A user can switch languages at any time without losing their place.
Can we configure our own approvals and workflows? +
Yes. Build each workflow visually: define the states, who approves at each step, and conditional routing (for example, skip a review below a threshold). Enterprise SSO, LDAP and SAML, Nafath national sign-in, and multi-factor authentication - with the MFA policy configurable per organization. Directory and SSO users are shadowed and governed in Nawat automatically, so access stays consistent with your identity provider.
Can we control exactly who sees what? +
Role-based access goes down to the individual feature and view, with roles assigned per workspace. You can define custom roles, restrict dashboards, and scope every report to what the viewer is permitted to see.
