Projects, service, and assets.
One Saudi platform, built in the Kingdom.

Nawat brings project and portfolio management, IT service management, and an asset register onto one Arabic-first platform, so delivery, service, and assets share a single record of truth.

The problem

Three tools that do not speak to each other.

The PMO plans in one system, the service desk works tickets in another, and assets live in a spreadsheet someone owns privately. Nobody can answer a simple question: which project touched this service, and what did it affect.

Each person works inside one tool. The only thing touching all three is an overnight ETL job feeding a separate warehouse.

The platform

One platform, three connected disciplines.

The same three disciplines your teams already run, joined inside one record instead of stitched together after the fact.

Projects, service, and assets share one record, and reporting reads straight from it. No nightly ETL, no warehouse copy.

Projects and portfolios

Plan portfolios, sequence delivery, and track a timeline that reflects what teams are doing this week, not last quarter’s plan.

  • Portfolio, program, and project hierarchy
  • Timeline with dependencies and baselines
  • Risks, decisions, and OKRs in one place

How it works

Up and running in an afternoon.

01

Create your workspace

Sign up in minutes. Pick Arabic or English; the interface is fully bidirectional either way.

02

Bring in your work

Set up your first projects and portfolios, and invite your team. Import runs on a spreadsheet where supported.

03

Work from one view

Delivery, service, and assets share one record, so leadership sees the portfolio without chasing three teams for a status.

Questions

Before you start

The things procurement and IT ask us first. Anything else, our team answers directly.

Ask us something else
Where is our data hosted?+
In the Kingdom. The primary region is Dammam, and the platform is built and operated in Saudi Arabia.
Can people sign in with Nafath?+
Yes, on the Enterprise plan, for staff and vendors, alongside SAML and OIDC single sign-on and role-based access.
Is the Arabic interface a translation layer?+
No. Arabic is the primary language of the product, natively right to left throughout.
Do we have to adopt all three parts at once?+
No. Run project and portfolio management on its own. The service desk and asset register are Enterprise capabilities that plug into the same record when you add them.
Can we bring data from our current tools?+
Yes. Import your projects, and on the asset register, configuration items from a spreadsheet.
What happens when we outgrow the free plan?+
Move to Pro at 39 SAR per month, or Team at 69 SAR per seat with a three-seat minimum. Nothing is removed when you switch.
