Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-07-05
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Nawat platform (nawatnexus.sa) operated by Nawat Nexus Company, commercial registration no. 705471961, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Nawat", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Nawat is a cloud work-management platform providing project and portfolio management and IT service management, offered in Arabic and English. Features vary by plan and, for enterprise contracts, by the modules agreed in the applicable order.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization administrators control membership, roles and settings for their organization and are responsible for the access they grant, including to external collaborators and vendors.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other tenants’ data, interfere with the service’s operation, or resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that present a security or legal risk.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in Saudi Riyals, monthly or annually, at the prices shown at checkout. Team plans are billed per seat. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated; where value-added tax becomes applicable it will be added as required by law.
Subscriptions run for the purchased term. If a renewal payment is not completed after our reminders, the account reverts to the Free plan; your data remains intact and paid features are restored upon renewal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Seat increases during a term are charged pro rata; seat decreases take effect at the next renewal.
5. Your data and our platform
Content you and your organization create in Nawat belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and back up that content in order to operate the service. The platform, its software, design and brand remain the property of Nawat Nexus Company.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, and may perform maintenance, update features, or modify plans. Material changes that reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its term will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or security risk. Following termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts and authorities.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified within the product or by email.
